Says Roh Kwan Kyu, budget and accounting committee chairman for the Millennium Democratic Party (under whose banner Roh ran for the presidency): "It would be extremely difficult to get elected within the legal amount of money that is allowed."
민주당의 예산및회계위원장 노관규는 말하기를 (민주당후보로 노대통령은 당선되었습니다.): "허락된한도내에서 합법적인 돈만으로는 당선되기 어려웠을 것입니다" 라고 했다.
