Group fromis_9 is making a comeback with a full-length album for the first time in about three years.
Their agency, ASND Entertainment, announced on the 12th that fromis_9 will be returning with a full-length album this July, stating, "As this is their first full-length album in a long time, they are pouring their hearts into ensuring a high-quality result. Please look forward to this new release, which captures the unique energy and color of fromis_9."
This upcoming release marks the group's first full-length album in approximately three years, following their first studio album, 'Unlock My World', released in 2023. It is particularly significant as it is their first full-length project since moving from Pledis Entertainment to their new agency, ASND Entertainment.
Last year, following their transfer to ASND Entertainment, fromis_9 remained active by releasing their 6th mini-album, 'From Our 20's', as well as the digital single 'White Memories'.
The title track of 'From Our 20's', 'LIKE YOU BETTER', proved the group's strength once again by staying in the upper ranks of the Melon Top 100 chart for three consecutive weeks upon release and reaching No. 1 on KBS2's 'Music Bank'.
Subsequently, with 'White Longing', they reached No. 5 on the Melon Top 100 chart, tying their personal best record. They further solidified their status as a top-tier girl group by topping the charts on KBS2's 'Music Bank' and MBC's 'Show! Music Core', and taking No. 1 on the weekly 'Hot Stage' on SBS's 'INKIGAYO.'
