By country, it reached the Top 10 in a total of 42 nations, including hitting No. 1 in Taiwan, Guatemala, Peru, Honduras, Venezuela, Bolivia, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.
"Sold Out on You" is a romance drama depicting the story of a perfectionist farmer, Matthew Lee (played by Ahn Hyo-seop), and a sell-out-obsessed show host, Dam Ye-jin (played by Chae Won-bin). Although only two episodes have been released since its premiere on the 22nd, it immediately climbed to No. 1 on the Netflix global non-English TV chart in its first week, proving the intense global interest in the series.
A key factor in the popularity of "Sold Out on You" is the appearance of Ahn Hyo-seop. After capturing hearts globally with the success of the SBS romantic comedy "Business Proposal," he stood at the center of a worldwide sensation once again last year as Jinu in the Netflix film "KPop Demon Hunters."
