Former THE BOYZ member JU HAKNYEON has drawn attention after being spotted at the group's concert, marking his first appearance at their show approximately 10 months after his departure from the team and the termination of his exclusive contract with his agency.
On the 26th, JU HAKNYEON shared a photo on his social media that appears to have been taken at a THE BOYZ concert. The photo shows a view from the audience looking toward the stage, and he did not add any additional explanation.
THE BOYZ held a solo concert at the KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul, from the 24th to the 26th. Some fans who claimed to have seen JU HAKNYEON in the audience also left posts stating, "JU HAKNYEON left his seat in the middle of the concert."
In June 2025, JU HAKNYEON withdrew from the team and had his exclusive contract with his agency terminated following reports of a serious personal life controversy.
At the time, the agency stated that they decided on his withdrawal and contract termination after a Japanese media outlet reported on a scandal, citing that "the matter is serious." However, JU HAKNYEON completely denied the allegations, stating, "I have never engaged in prostitution, and I did not voluntarily withdraw from the team."
Since then, it has been reported that JU HAKNYEON is taking legal action, including filing a 1 billion won civil lawsuit against the agency and media outlets. While a complaint was filed regarding the allegations against JU HAKNYEON, the police dismissed the case, stating that "there is insufficient reason to initiate a specific investigation."
Meanwhile, THE BOYZ is currently embroiled in an exclusive contract dispute with their agency, One Hundred, while continuing their activities following JU HAKNYEON's departure. Nine members filed for an injunction to suspend the validity of their exclusive contracts, which the court granted. In response, One Hundred has announced plans to file an objection and a main lawsuit. With JU HAKNYEON's visit to the concert, attention is focused on his relationship with the team and his future path.
