The so-called “Injection Aunt,” who is under police investigation for allegedly performing illegal medical procedures on comedian Park Na-rae, SHINee’s KEY, and YouTuber Short Mouth Sun, stirred fresh controversy by posting what looked like a pointed jab at Jun Hyun-moo.
Identified as A, the “Injection Aunt” recently uploaded photos on social media with the words “Jeon” and “Moo.” She also shared the "I Live Alone" logo and wrote, “After experiencing a near-death moment, my perspective changed a lot. Staying quiet won’t erase my mistakes, but that doesn’t mean I have to accept things that aren’t true.”
Before that, A said she had just finished being questioned at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul and re-uploaded a post with a building photo that read, “Nine hours of questioning. Hm, now it’s your turn. Especially one man.” This fueled speculation that she was targeting Jun Hyun-moo. The post was deleted shortly after it went up.
A is suspected of approaching multiple celebrities, including Park Na-rae, presenting herself as a medical professional, and conducting house-call procedures. She claimed to hold a medical license from China and to have served as a center director and professor, but the production team of SBS’s "Unanswered Questions" concluded through reporting that these were not valid, formal credentials.
The drugs A allegedly used for unlicensed procedures reportedly included prescription-only psychotropic substances, which were suspected to have been obtained through an illegal supply chain using fake tax invoices between hospitals and wholesalers.
Jun Hyun-moo has previously stated clearly that the allegations of illegal medical procedures involving him are not true. As calls grow for sincere reflection on any illegal acts and for a swift police investigation, A is facing criticism for making vague “call-out” posts targeting celebrities.
