PENTAGON is coming together under one name to mark the group’s 10th anniversary.
The group will take the stage at the Hanteo Music Awards 2025 (HMA 2025) on Feb. 15, reuniting JINHO, HUI, HONGSEOK, SHINWON, YEOONE, KINO and WOOSEOK as a full lineup for the first time in three years.
According to organizers, PENTAGON will receive the “10th Anniversary - Influential Artist” honor at the ceremony and deliver a special performance tracing a decade of their music and impact.
Debuting in 2016, PENTAGON carved out a lane as a self-producing group, releasing standout hits like “Shine” and “Daisy” while writing their own songs and shaping their stages―building a distinct narrative that set them apart in K-pop.
For fans who’ve waited through the past three years, this isn’t just another appearance. The members returning under the PENTAGON banner reads like a promise: the music never really stopped. It’s also a long-awaited reply to their loyal fandom, UNIVERSE.
Their HMA 2025 performance is poised to be a formal rewind of a team that endured and evolved over 10 years. Watching how the soundtrack of their youth era gets reimagined on a 2025 stage will be the moment to watch.
By pulling shared memories into the present, the set is expected to deliver a heady mix of nostalgia and emotion for everyone in the room.
The stage itself carries weight: HMA 2025 is a cross-generational K-pop celebration. PENTAGON’s appearance isn’t about resting on past glory―it’s a reminder of their ongoing relevance as artists right now.
For newer listeners, it’s a chance to discover why PENTAGON is a reliable hit factory; for longtime fans, it’s the return of “our season” in full color.
HMA 2025 is organized by Hanteo Global, the operator of the world’s only real-time music chart, Hanteo Chart. The show kicks off at 6 p.m. KST on Feb. 15 at KSPO Dome in Seoul, streams live worldwide via TikTok, and airs on MBN in Korea.
