Keum Dong-hyun, who recently parted ways with K-pop group EPEX to pursue acting, is making his first solo move on a new YouTube talk show.
Set to premiere Jan. 16, the series “Tipsy Meddlers” (literal title) is hosted by Ahn Jae-hyun, Heo Kyung-hwan and Muzie. The trio leads candid, lightly buzzed conversations with the youthful 40-something crowd ― and Keum will kick things off as the show’s first guest.
Keum began training at 15 and rose to fame at 17 on "Produce X 101," earning widespread popularity. Most recently, he held down the center spot in EPEX, building a solid fanbase at home and abroad.
As he launches his solo chapter, overseas inquiries are already pouring in. A 2003-born Gen Z star, Keum trades generation-gap banter with the hosts on “Tipsy Meddlers” and even picks up real-world drinking etiquette and workplace-life hacks along the way.
Viewers can catch Keum’s unfiltered stories ― including candid thoughts on life in the spotlight ― when the episode drops Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. KST on “Tipsy Meddlers.”
Meanwhile, Keum is reviewing his next acting projects while lining up both domestic and international activities, starting with the YouTube show.
