Nineteen-year-old Jung Dong-won sold out his pre-enlistment fan concert in just five minutes ahead of his voluntary service in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps next month.
According to his label, tickets for the 2026 Jung Dong-won fan concert “The Road We Cross Today to Meet Again Tomorrow” opened today (the 9th) at 2 p.m. KST via NOL Ticket and were gone within five minutes.
The event is set for Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at KINTEX, Hall 1, in Ilsan. With Jung scheduled to enlist in the Marine Corps on Feb. 23, the show doubles as a heartfelt thank-you to fans―celebrating the journey they’ve shared and promising a reunion on the other side of his service.
Jung will showcase new music from his forthcoming release “Songbook Vol. 2,” due out Feb. 5, along with specially crafted stages and a lively talk segment. With tickets snapped up in a flash, anticipation is high for how the singer will send off his fans before enlistment.
Jung previously shared that he hopes to join the Marine Corps Recon unit, saying he wants to complete his service “with pride.” He noted that both his grandfather and father served―his father in the Army’s 707th Special Mission Group―and that their stories inspired him to take on a challenging path as well.
