Eric Oh's animated short "Opera," which took four years to create and was completed in 2020, made history as the first Korean animation to be nominated for an Academy Award.

The music for his new film "Supper" is composed by FRNK, a well-known DJ and producer from the hip-hop duo XXX. FRNK has collaborated with various artists, including NewJeans, V, BIBI, and Baek Yerin.

Eric Oh's Academy-nominated "Opera" and other works being screened at Animafest are currently part of a permanent media exhibition titled "O: An Erick Oh Retrospective" at the newly opened House of Refuge, a cultural complex in Aewol, Jeju.
