Actor Cha Eun-woo is set to make his debut as a leading man on the big screen with the film 'First Ride' (working title).

Fantagio, his agency, announced on the 3rd, "Cha Eun-woo has confirmed his appearance in the movie 'First Ride' (working title)."

'First Ride' tells the story of four friends who have been close for years. As they turn 30, they embark on their first overseas trip together, leading to a series of unexpected events. The film is directed by Nam Dae-joong, known for 'The Last Ride' and 'Love Reset.'

Kang Ha-neul was previously announced as part of the cast, and now Cha Eun-woo joins him as another lead. This marks Cha Eun-woo's first time taking on a leading role in a film. He has appeared in movies like 'My Brilliant Life' (2014) and 'Decibel' (2022), but his roles were relatively minor.

Currently busy filming the Netflix series 'The Wonder Fools ,' Cha Eun-woo plans to continue his non-stop schedule with 'First Ride.'
