[SBS Star] "When Did We Last Meet?" JISOO Says It Has Been a While Since BLACKPINK Gathered

JISOO of K-pop girl group BLACKPINK talked about how busy the members have been.

On November 26, a fashion magazine posted a YouTube video where JISOO was answering random questions from fans.

JISOO picked a question that asked, "What's your most memorable moment with the other BLACKPINK members this year?"

"Seriously, when was the last time I met the members?", JISOO remarked before talking about how busy the other BLACKPINK members, JENNIE, LISA, and ROSÉ, have lately been with their solo activities.

"It feels like they are artificial intelligence; the entities only exist in my phone. In 2024, everyone has been super busy chasing individual dreams.", the singer remarked.
"We still got on a video call whenever one of us released an album or something else. Have you ever been in a four-person Zoom meeting? It's hectic as hell. You have to raise your hand to speak because if not, the conversation will keep overlapping.", JISOO said and laughed.

"The whole thing became a special memory in my heart. Although we didn't get to meet as a whole group except for the day we celebrated our eighth anniversary, seeing each other through Zoom meetings was fun and refreshing.", she added.

When asked which BLACKPINK song she liked the most, JISOO picked 'Tally' and 'See U Later'.

"Songs from our early years bring back a lot of memories. In that era, we recorded most of the songs in the studio with every member present. The memories come to me little by little when I listen to those songs.", the singer said with a smile.
JISOO also shared a behind-the-scenes story from filming her upcoming project, Coupang Play's zombie apocalypse TV series 'Newtopia', which will drop in 2025.

"I wore special effect makeup for the filming, which frightened some people; they believed I was injured and almost called the police."

When asked how she would react if she encountered a zombie in real life, JISOO replied, "When I was asked a similar question in the past, I said that I'd run up to the zombies and be the first one to get bit, since I want no struggles."

"But now that I have my experience with them through filming, I think I could survive if I fight back.", JISOO said, bursting into laughter.

"I'll fight the zombie a little bit, go home, and try to survive in there.", she humorously added.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's group activities continue next year, partnering with YG Entertainment.
