Model Hye Park (41) has safely welcomed her second son into the world. This comes eight years after the birth of her first daughter.
Hye Park shared the happy news directly through her social media on the 6th, expressing her overwhelming emotions. Along with a photo of her newborn son, she wrote, "Our lovely son Roy has been born into this world, and in that moment, he filled our hearts completely."
Previously, Hye Park had revealed her second pregnancy in September of last year, sharing her cautious feelings at the time.
Back then, she expressed her deep affection for her child, saying, "Perhaps because I went through two painful experiences, a part of my heart was always anxious until I could see you growing healthily. The moment I heard your strong heartbeat, a wave of relief and happiness washed over Mom and Dad, bringing us to tears." She added, "Thank you for coming to us after such a long journey, and I am truly grateful that you are growing healthily in my womb day by day," receiving much support from her followers.
Born in 1985, Hye Park is a Korean-American fashion model who has been active on the global stage since her debut in 2005. She notably made her mark in the global fashion industry by becoming the first Asian model to be selected for Chanel. In 2011, she also became the first Asian model to walk the runways for Balmain and Isabel Marant.
Hye Park married tennis coach Brian Park in 2008 and has been focusing on raising her family since the birth of her first daughter in 2018.
