Investor-distributor Showbox said on the 22nd, “With the all-time No. 3 milestone, ‘The King's Warden’ has crossed 14.57 million admissions,” adding, “1457: a story history tried to erase, now 14.57 million viewers are determined to record. Thanks to the people of 2026, we’re no longer alone.” The company also released a black-and-white poster and previously unreleased stills.
Although its weekend turnout dipped below 1 million for the first time since opening, the momentum remains impressive for week seven. Attention is now on whether it can overtake ‘Extreme Job.’
