Actor Oh Seung-hoon is joining ENA’s Monday-Tuesday drama "Climax", teasing a bold on-screen transformation.
"Climax" follows prosecutor Bang Tae-seop (Ju Ji-hoon), who dives into a cartel to seize ultimate power, and the fierce survival game of those around him.
Oh Seung-hoon plays creator Choi Ji-ho, who runs a “cyber tow truck” channel ― a slang term for a scandal-chasing, clickbait-style outlet. As he reexamines a 10-year-old murder case tied to fallen actress Choo Sang-ah (Ha Ji-won), he sets up an intense confrontation with Bang Tae-seop as well as Choo Sang-ah and her husband. Portraying the character’s quick-thinking tenacity with an icy gaze and razor-sharp expressions, Oh is set to ratchet up the show’s tension to the max.
After making a mark as Seo Young-rak in the film "Believer 2", Oh Seung-hoon has showcased solid acting and charm across projects including the dramas "Through the Darkness" and "Uncle Samsik", the variety show "Rising Eagles", and the play "The Effect". Following news of his appearance in the play "Orphans" and now his casting in "Climax", expectations are rising for his active moves across both TV and stage.
"Climax", featuring Oh Seung-hoon, premieres March 16 at 10 p.m. on ENA.
