BLACKPINK ROSÉ fell short at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, missing out on wins despite three major nominations.

At the ceremony held Feb. 2 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, ROSÉ’s Bruno Mars collaboration “APT.” was up for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, but ultimately didn’t clinch a trophy.

The night’s top honors went elsewhere: Song of the Year to Billie Eilish’s “WILDFLOWER,” Record of the Year to Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “luther,” and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance to Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande for “Defying Gravity.”

While the Grammys proved a tough wall to scale, ROSÉ still made history as the first K-pop solo artist to open the show, delivering a statement-making performance that spotlighted K-pop’s global pull. Last September, she also scored a landmark victory at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, where “APT.” became the first Song of the Year win by a K-pop act.
