The Dec. 28 episode followed five single guys teaming up for a singles-only Christmas. Joining as a special guest, Moo immediately commanded attention with striking looks, a rich baritone and quick, unexpected wit that made him an instant standout.
Known for playing Pyo Hyun-jun, the antagonist who torments Kang Tae-poong (JUNHO) in "Typhoon Family", Moo surprised fans with a gentle tone and sweet demeanor―worlds away from his on-screen menace. The whiplash shift from cold-blooded villain to soft-spoken charmer had the studio buzzing.
His entrance set the tone: after HeeChul teased that Tak Jae-hoon was bringing in someone “super hot,” Moo walked in wearing an all-black suit fit for an awards show, turning heads the second he appeared.
He also broke down the meaning behind his stage name, explaining that “Moo Jin-sung” means “a truly one-of-a-kind star.” Then came a delightful twist: his legal name is Yeo Uiju―named after the wish-granting orb held by dragons in Korean folklore―because he was born in the Year of the Dragon.
Moo’s sense of humor shined in a playful “Flirting 101” segment. Revealing his go-to move requires nothing more than a glass of water, he demonstrated the “throat-drop” trick―taking a sip and letting the Adam’s apple do the flirting―sending the room into laughter.
He kept the laughs coming with his signature club dance. “Isn’t footwork big these days?” he deadpanned, before unleashing flashy steps with a perfectly calm expression―a confident, quirky turn that showed off both variety savvy and easygoing charm.
