The SBS Wed?Thu drama has rom-com fans worldwide hooked with its dopamine-fueled love story, topping Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English TV) for two straight weeks (Nov. 24-Dec. 7) and fanning the K-rom-com craze. At the center is the electric push-pull between Jang (as Gong Ji-hyeok) and Ahn (as Go Da-rim), who keep viewers’ hearts racing with equal parts butterflies and laughs.
Episode 9 ended on a high-voltage note. After learning all of Da-rim’s secrets and weathering a storm of mixed feelings, Ji-hyeok finally decides to go all in. Unwilling to let her drift toward Kim Sun-woo (played by Kim Moo-jun), he pulls Da-rim close and lands a decisive kiss―setting the stage for an even bigger surge of romance.
Ahead of Episode 10, producers dropped new stills of the pair spending time together at Da-rim’s place, and the domestic vibes are strong.
In one image, the two stand side by side in her kitchen, sharing an easy, intimate moment. Another shows Ji-hyeok huddled up with his mother, Kim In-ae (Nam Gi-ae), and Da-rim’s mom, Jung Myung-soon (Cha Mi-kyung), flipping through what looks like a family album―smiles all around.
Da-rim, meanwhile, clutches the album to her chest with a flustered look, adding a playful twist. How did these two end up under the same roof―and just how hard will Ji-hyeok turn up the affection now that he’s committed to a straight-ahead pursuit?
“Episode 10 is packed with sweet, heart-fluttering moments for Ji-hyeok and Da-rim,” the production team teased. “With Ji-hyeok done hiding and hesitating, expect hearts to race. Please look forward to the lovable chemistry between Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-jin.”
