On the Dec. 9 episode of SBS’s "Invitation from Bachelor Again," the screen icon ― long dubbed a “computer-perfect beauty” in Korea ― stopped by as a guest and instantly had the hosts flustered.
Kim Jun-ho noticed Tak Jae-hoon could barely meet Hwang’s eyes and was suddenly fussing over coffee. “In four years, I’ve never seen him setting up coffee,” he joked.
Then Lee Sang-min jumped in, reminding everyone that Tak had “dumped” Hwang twice ― on screen. “Does that even make sense?” he barked.
Playing it cool, Tak shrugged, “What? You can’t dump a ‘computer-perfect beauty’?” Hwang explained they’d co-starred in two dramas ― and his characters broke up with hers both times.
When the members teased that the two might actually give it a shot in real life ― “Maybe Hwang could date Tak for a bit?” ― all eyes went to her for an answer.
Tak pressed, “So you think that could happen?” Hwang didn’t miss a beat: “No.” When Tak pouted, “You could’ve just said yes,” she delivered the final zinger: “There’s no reason I couldn’t meet him, but… why bother?” The room erupted.
