Actor Kwon Sang-woo is heading back to the big screen with the rom-com "Heart Man" ― a cheeky wink at his Hitman era.

"Heart Man" follows Seung-min (Kwon), a man who reunites with his first love and will do anything not to lose her ― until a secret he can’t possibly confess sends his plans sideways. The film re-teams Kwon with director Choi Won-sub after their "Hitman" franchise notched back-to-back 2 million admissions.

Unveiled Dec. 1, the Seung-min teaser poster grabs attention with a smile-though-tears expression and heart-shaped sunglasses. Reflected in the lowered lens is his first love, Bona (Moon Chae-won), capturing both butterflies and mixed emotions. Adding a playful nod to Kwon’s breakout drama Stairway to Heaven, the tagline reads, “Why is love coming back now?”

"Heart Man" reunites Kwon and Choi while assembling a comedy-forward ensemble with Moon Chae-won, Park Ji-hwan, and P.O.

With its teaser poster drop, "Heart Man" is staking a claim as one of the year’s first big-screen comedies. The film opens January 14 in theaters across Korea.
