On the Nov. 10 episode of SBS’s "Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny," he appeared as a special MC.
Reacting to a next-gen farming couple on the show, Kim Gu-ra admitted he’d carried stereotypes about farmers and was surprised by how polished the pair looked.
Pointing at Kim, he then teased, “Isn’t this over-the-top bit a little much?”
The panel piled on, calling the act a tad extra. Kim shot back, “Then what, should I take it off?” prompting Kim Gu-ra to laugh and say, “No, just keep going.”
When Kim introduced himself as the “BTS of farming,” the couple backed him up: “He really is. We’re fans―my dad even does impressions.”
Cheon Hye-rin belted out his catchphrase: “Cut the chatter and hit Power Cooling!” Kim cracked, “Even the electric company called and told me to knock it off. They actually reached out,” drawing big laughs.
