Actor Song Kang-ho has signed an exclusive contract with Galaxy Corporation.
On the 14th, Galaxy Corporation officially announced Song’s signing.
Galaxy Corporation, an AI-driven entertainment-tech company, is best known as the home of G-DRAGON.
“It’s a tremendous honor to usher in a new era of AI entertainment tech with Song Kang-ho, who has been instrumental in bringing Korean cinema to the world,” said Galaxy Corporation CEO Choi Yong-ho.
Song has four films that each topped 10 million admissions in Korea―'The Host,' 'The Attorney,' 'A Taxi Driver' and 'Parasite.' He also made history at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, becoming the first Korean to win Best Actor for his performance in 'Broker.'
Up next, Song will make a special appearance in Season 2 of the U.S. Netflix series 'Beef.'
