
Jenna Ortega, the star of the 'Wednesday' series, shared her thoughts on participating as a producer in Season 2.
During a press conference held in a hotel in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, for the Netflix series 'Wednesday' Season 2, Jenna Ortega, who is both the lead actress and a producer for this season, said, "It was fantastic. Our collaborative relationship naturally evolved to a new level."
Ortega explained her reason for taking on the producer role, saying, "I had extensive discussions with the director and production team. Being involved as a producer allowed me to engage more deeply with the storyline and narrative than just participating as an actress."

She added, "Getting to know the project better before filming also helped with my acting. Personally, it felt like unlocking a secret door, making it a unique and fun experience."
Season 2 of 'Wednesday' follows Wednesday Addams as she returns to Nevermore Academy for a new term, only to face even stranger and more chilling mysteries surrounding her, and seeks to uncover the truth behind them. 'Wednesday' has become a global phenomenon, topping Netflix's Global TOP 10 TV (English) category and amassing over 1.7 billion hours of viewing time.
The eagerly awaited Season 2 of 'Wednesday' released its first part on the 6th and will unveil part two on September 3rd.
