On SBS's 'Whenever Possible,' actor Hyun Bong-sik reveals his feelings of being slighted by fellow actor Yoo Yeon-seok, despite both being born in '84.

In the upcoming episode of 'Whenever Possible,' set to air on the 5th, actors Kim Sung-kyun and Hyun Bong-sik will join forces as 'Gap Friends' to bring a refreshing wave of laughter to Daegu, Kim Sung-kyun's hometown and the furthest destination in the show's history. The episode is expected to heat up as over 40 citizens of Daegu gather despite the sweltering summer heat.

During the filming, Hyun Bong-sik disclosed his close friendship with Yoo Yeon-seok, both being part of the '84 line. When Yoo Yeon-seok warmly greeted him as "my friend Bong-sik," host Yoo Jae-suk expressed curiosity about their seemingly unique friendship. At this point, Hyun Bong-sik humorously shared, "When we first met on set, Yeon-seok, knowing we were the same age, unwittingly spoke to me formally," causing laughter on set.

Meanwhile, the revelation of Hyun Bong-sik's true identity caught everyone's attention. As Yoo Jae-suk delighted in the chemistry between the '84 line friends, saying, "Bong-sik and Yeon-seok, you two are a perfect match," Hyun Bong-sik confessed, "Actually, my real name is Bo-ram." He added, "Bong-sik is my stage name. People feel betrayed when they find out," leading to more surprises. Kim Sung-kyun then humorously exposed Hyun Bong-sik's 'cute charm' by revealing, "Bong-sik doesn't drink alcohol. His favorite desserts are watermelon juice and chocolate cake," causing an uproar on set.

Furthermore, Hyun Bong-sik coolly acknowledged his mature appearance, making Yoo Jae-suk burst into laughter. When Yoo Jae-suk lamented, "The year is almost over. We're getting too old," Hyun Bong-sik nonchalantly replied, "I've always felt old, so I don't really notice it." Yoo Yeon-seok, caught off guard by his friend's self-deprecation, joked, "Bong-sik only has younger days ahead of him," lightening the mood.

The '84 line duo, Yoo Yeon-seok and Hyun Bong-sik, will venture to Daegu, the longest distance yet for the show. Viewers are eager to see their same-age chemistry and whether 'the unexpectedly cute youngest member,' Hyun Bong-sik, can deliver a performance as impactful as his real name in 'Whenever Possible.'

The healing Tuesday entertainment show 'Whenever Possible' will air on the 5th (Tuesday) at 9 PM.
