SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'The Winning Try' has unveiled visuals from Yoon Kye-sang's days as a 'rugby idol'.

Scheduled to premiere on the 25th (Friday), the new SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'The Winning Try' (written by Lim Jin-ah, directed by Jang Young-seok / hereinafter 'Try') is a comedic sports drama that follows the unpredictable journey of a quirky director, Joo Ga-ram, and the perennial underdogs of Hanyang High School's rugby team as they sprint towards national championship glory. The drama, co-directed by Jang Young-seok of 'Taxi Driver 2' fame and penned by Lim Jin-ah, a winner of the SBS Cultural Foundation's script contest, boasts a cast that combines solid acting skills with vibrant energy, including Yoon Kye-sang (as Joo Ga-ram), Lim Se-mi (as Bae Yi-ji), and Kim Yo-han (as Yoon Sung-jun), raising expectations.

Among these, 'Try' has caught attention by releasing stills of Joo Ga-ram's rugby idol days on the 22nd.

The released stills capture the prime of Joo Ga-ram, dominating the field with his presence. Perfectly fitting into a tight red uniform and scrum cap, he is undeniably the star of the field. His dazzling gaze, robust physique, and dynamic movements add up to emit a powerful aura, reminiscent of a sports magazine shoot.

As the game officially begins, Joo Ga-ram instantly transforms into a fierce competitor. His determined eyes and intense focus blend together to create an immersive experience with just a single scene. His overwhelming control of the field makes it clear why he was dubbed a 'rugby idol', leaving viewers holding their breath.

Additionally, a captured moment of Joo Ga-ram raising his arms in victory amidst cheers draws attention. Standing in the middle of the field, filled with joy, Joo Ga-ram is undoubtedly the protagonist, capturing all the spotlight. This raises curiosity about what led the dazzling rugby idol to decide on retirement, and the story of Joo Ga-ram, who returns as the new coach of the perennially last-place rugby team from the peak of his stardom.

'Try', filling the summer with the energy of passionate youth, will follow 'Our Movie' and premiere on the 25th (Friday).
