Singer and actor Rowoon has had his military enlistment unexpectedly postponed. Just four days before his scheduled enlistment, he was informed by the Military Manpower Administration that he needed to undergo a reevaluation (classified as Grade 7).

His agency, FNC Entertainment, released an official statement on the 17th, saying, "Rowoon, who was set to enlist as an active-duty soldier on July 21st, received a Grade 7 reevaluation notice during the pre-enlistment medical examination conducted by the Military Manpower Administration two weeks prior to his enlistment date."

They continued, "Rowoon immediately filed an objection to the military service physical examination results and is scheduled to undergo a reevaluation in early August. Through this, he hopes to quickly confirm that there are no issues with fulfilling his military duty and to enlist as soon as possible."

Rowoon had been actively saying his farewells to fans, anticipating his enlistment. Following a successful fan meeting titled 'Before Blooming' last week, he also released a digital photo shoot with fashion magazine W Korea, garnering much attention. The photo shoot featured Rowoon cutting his own hair in preparation for his enlistment, leaving a lasting impression with its cinematic quality.

In addition, Rowoon is set to star in the upcoming Disney+ original series "The Murky Stream" before his military enlistment. Taking on the role of the protagonist 'Jang Si-yul', he is challenging himself with a new image transformation, raising fans' expectations.
