Big Hit Music, the agency representing BTS, has announced a firm stance against the attempted unauthorized entry into member JUNGKOOK's residence, emphasizing ongoing criminal prosecution and restraining orders against stalking crimes.

On June 30, Big Hit Music disclosed through the fan community platform Weverse that "an investigation is underway regarding an attempted break-in at a member's home," stating that "evidence based on CCTV footage has been collected and submitted to ensure appropriate criminal charges are pursued vigorously."

The agency further stated, "Immediate police reports are being filed to arrest stalkers of BTS members on the spot, and restraining orders are also being processed," clearly indicating concurrent protective measures for the artists.

The agency affirmed, "There will be no leniency in responding to actions that threaten the privacy and safety of our artists," adding, "We are continuing our firm and consistent legal actions against malicious slander, the spread of false information, sexual harassment, and insults online."

Additionally, "Legal actions against creators of malicious content have been taken this quarter, with some cases already resulting in fines," signaling the continuation of a strong stance on such matters.

Previously, the Seoul Yongsan Police Station arrested a Chinese woman in her 30s, identified only as Ms. A, on the night of June 11 for attempting to unlawfully enter JUNGKOOK's home. Ms. A, who was caught after repeatedly pressing the door code of JUNGKOOK's residence, reportedly told the police she came to Korea to see JUNGKOOK.

Meanwhile, all BTS members completed their military service with SUGA's discharge from social service duty on June 21.
