Season 3 of 'Squid Game' delves into the story of Gi-hun, who re-enters the game with a personal mission only to lose his closest friend, the Front Man who infiltrated the game in disguise, and the final fate of the participants who survived the brutal game.
Ahead of its global release on June 27th, 'Squid Game' Season 3's director Hwang Dong-hyuk, along with stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, YYim Si-wan, Park Sung-hoon, Kang Ae-shim, and Jo Yu-ri, attended the New York premiere.
The New York premiere, held on the 18th, was a large-scale event that truly reflected the global popularity of 'Squid Game'. The event, which started with a pink carpet at The Plaza Hotel, featured director Hwang Dong-hyuk, Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Yim Si-wan, Park Sung-hoon, Kang Ae-shim, and Jo Yu-ri, who all greeted the cheering fans with smiles and energetic hellos, heating up the atmosphere.
At The Paris Theater, a venue with a long history in New York, the first episode of 'Squid Game' Season 3 was screened for the first time in New York, adding a layer of exclusivity to the event.
