Premiering on June 13th at 9:50 PM, the new SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Our Movie' (written by Han Ga-eun and Kang Kyung-min, directed by Lee Jung-heum) tells the urgent love story of a director, Lee Je-ha (played by Namkoong Min), who has no tomorrow, and an actress, Lee Da-eum (played by Jeon Yeo-bin), who believes today is her last.
In the drama, Seo Hyun-woo takes on the role of Boo Seung-won, a film producer and producer. Boo Seung-won, a diligent producer who debuted in commercial cinema with Lee Je-ha and has been making one film a year, is known as a hitmaker in the film industry, finding charm and strengths in what everyone else considers ordinary and producing numerous box office hits.
After numerous successes, Boo Seung-won aims for critical acclaim and awards for his next project and decides to remake a film by the late great Korean director Lee Moo-young. Given the original's legendary status, finding a director and writer willing to take on the project is as hard as reaching for the stars. Boo Seung-won embarks on a quest to fulfill his wish by finding the perfect director.
Photos released on the 20th show the busy life of the successful film producer Boo Seung-won, from sifting through various scripts to find a potential hit to making appearances at events, all while showcasing his professional demeanor. Trophies lined up in his office hint at Boo Seung-won's esteemed reputation.
Seo Hyun-woo's portrayal of Boo Seung-won's charisma and leadership is highly anticipated. With his solid acting skills and ability to seamlessly transition between good and evil characters, Seo is expected to present a fresh transformation as Boo Seung-won.
