Set to premiere on June 13th (Friday) at 9:50 PM, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Our Movie' (written by Han Ga-eun and Kang Kyung-min, directed by Lee Jung-heum) released its first teaser video on the 16th.
'Our Movie' tells the urgent love story of a director, Lee Je-ha (played by Namkoong Min), with no future in sight, and an actress, Lee Da-eum (played by Jeon Yeo-been), who believes today could be her last. The teaser video captures moments of Lee Da-eum filming with Lee Je-ha, hinting at their collaborative film project.
The contrasting views on love between Lee Je-ha and Lee Da-eum are particularly striking. Facing what she believes could be the end of her life, Lee Da-eum passionately declares, "Even if I die, if that love is real, it has to be eternal." Her desperate belief in everlasting love is evident.
On the other hand, Lee Je-ha, who believes that "Even love that seems eternal eventually fades," reveals a hint of melancholy in his gaze. He confides in Lee Da-eum, "It's a secret, but I'm making this movie because I don't really understand what it means to love," sparking curiosity about the film they will create.
Most notably, the subtle changes in Lee Je-ha's gaze towards Lee Da-eum suggest a deepening relationship beyond that of a director and an aspiring actress.
