Seohyun Teams Up with Former BH Ent. Manager; Signs Exclusive Contract with Lead Entertainment

Actress Seohyun is set to embark on a new journey with Lead Entertainment.

On the 15th, the entertainment agency Lead Entertainment announced that they have recently signed an exclusive contract with actress Seohyun.

Lead Entertainment expressed, "Above all, we are sincerely grateful to actress Seohyun for seeing the essence of people first and recognizing the potential of our company. We promise to do our utmost so that actress Seohyun, who possesses a unique and diverse charm, can fully showcase her abilities through a variety of high-quality content in the best condition. We pledge our unwavering support and full backing for all her future endeavors."

Lead Entertainment, founded by veteran manager Kim Sun-woo, formerly of BH Entertainment, is a new management company expected to create a synergistic effect in Seohyun's acting career.

Debuting in 2007 as the youngest member of South Korea's iconic girl group Girls' Generation, Seohyun captured the hearts of the public with her pure image and vocal talent. Building a solid fanbase through group activities, Seohyun made her acting debut in the 2013 drama "Passionate Love".

Since then, Seohyun has expanded her acting range by appearing in various works such as "Song of the Bandits", "Love and Leashes", "Jinxed at First", and more. 

Currently, Seohyun is proving her solid acting skills once again with her powerful exorcist performance in the movie "Holy Night: Demon Hunters", now showing in theaters.

On June 11th, she will return to the small screen with the drama "The First Night With the Duke", set in the Joseon Dynasty. In this upcoming project, she will play the role of 'Cha Sun-chaek', a character born with a silver spoon, showcasing both adorable and quirky charms.
