On the 30th, SBS confirmed, "It is true that Lee Sang-min is remarrying a non-celebrity," and "the related content will be broadcast on 'My Little Old Boy' airing on May 11th."
Earlier in the day, a media outlet reported that Lee Sang-min was remarrying a younger non-celebrity. According to the report, Lee Sang-min is secretly preparing for the wedding ceremony, and it is expected to take place sooner than the July wedding of the couple Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min.
Debuting in 1994 with Roo'Ra and thriving as a musician and businessman, Lee Sang-min married actress Lee Hye-young in 2004 but divorced the following year. He then struggled to pay off a debt of about 6.9 billion won due to business failures, and it was reported last year that he had finally cleared all his debts.
Lee Sang-min has been actively participating in television shows such as SBS's 'My Little Old Boy', 'Invitation from Bachelor again', and JTBC's 'Knowing Bros', showcasing his talents as an entertainer. Notably, as the longest-running participant on 'My Little Old Boy' since 2017, he has shared many aspects of his life through the program. Lee Sang-min plans to share his remarriage story through 'My Little Old Boy' as well.
With Lee Sang-min's marriage, there is growing interest in whether he will leave 'My Little Old Boy' and 'Invitation from Bachelor again'. In response, the production teams of the respective programs stated, "There has been no discussion on the matter yet."
