The film 'YADANG: The Snitch', starring Kang Haneul and Yoo Hai Jin, has clinched the number one spot at the weekend box office for the second week in a row.
According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for cinema tickets, 'YADANG: The Snitch' attracted 521,460 viewers nationwide from the 25th to the 27th, bringing its total audience to 1,636,734.
'YADANG: The Snitch' is a crime action film that unfolds as a drug broker named 'YADANG', a prosecutor aiming for higher stakes, and a detective risking everything to eradicate drug crimes, all with different motives, become entangled. Since its release on the 16th, it has maintained the top spot in the overall box office for 12 consecutive days and is on the verge of surpassing 2 million viewers.
The second place at the box office went to 'A Minecraft Movie', which recorded 341,863 viewers during the same period.
