Actress Kim Min-hee (43), who has a child out of wedlock with film director Hong Sang-soo (65), was recently spotted at a park with her son.
A post titled "New mom and dad out for a walk at Misari Lake Park" surfaced on an online community, revealing Kim Min-hee and director Hong Sang-soo taking a stroll with their son, who is about three weeks old.
In the photos, the couple is seen smiling brightly while engaging in conversation, with their baby in tow. A middle-aged woman accompanying them was also captured in the photos.
Kim Min-hee is known to have given birth earlier this month. She reportedly stayed at a postnatal care center in Hanam City before being discharged.
According to insiders, Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee often exercised at Misari Lake Park even before the birth. Local restaurant owners shared, "The couple frequently dines here, walking arm in arm and looking very affectionate. They don’t seem to hide their faces or be conscious of their surroundings."
The couple, with a 22-year age gap, first met during the making of the film "Right Now, Wrong Then" in 2015. They publicly acknowledged their romantic relationship at a press conference for "On the Beach at Night Alone" in 2017, attracting significant attention. Hong Sang-soo has a grown daughter from his marriage to his wife, whom he met while studying in the United States in 1985.
Hong filed for divorce in 2016, but the attempt was unsuccessful as the papers were essentially refused by his wife, leading to a lost divorce lawsuit in 2019. Hong did not appeal the decision.
