The stars of 'My Little Old Boy' are on the hunt for new homes.

On the upcoming episode of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy' airing on the 13th, viewers will see Lee Dong-gun and Choi Jin-hyuk embark on a house-hunting adventure with Kim Jong-kook and Kim Hee-chul.

During the episode, Choi Jin-hyuk reveals, "I'm looking for a place to live independently from my mom," and joins his more experienced friends Kim Jong-kook, Kim Hee-chul, and Lee Dong-gun on a 'house tour for independence.' Currently living with his mother, Choi Jin-hyuk admits, "Her constant nagging is a bit much," and declares his intention to move out. In response, his mother, watching from the studio, humorously remarks, "I think I want to move out before you do," drawing laughter from the audience.

However, Choi Jin-hyuk finds himself under the scrutiny of Kim Jong-kook, known for his frugality and meticulousness. Kim Jong-kook, who reportedly spent only 58,000 won on heating during the winter, presents his checklist of frugal living tips, leaving Choi Jin-hyuk both surprised and amused. Viewers are curious to see what Kim Jong-kook's infamous checklist entails.

Meanwhile, Lee Dong-gun, who currently resides in a studio apartment, shares his desire for a new home where his daughter Roa can stay over. He explains that he had promised Roa they would have sleepovers at his place once she started elementary school. With enthusiasm, he heads to a 'Roa-customized kids' house,' a home he designed with his children, featuring ropes, ladders, and a loft. The studio audience erupts in excitement as they get a glimpse of this movie-like space. What the 'kids' house' looks like will be revealed in the broadcast.

As the 'My Little Old Boy' stars accompany Lee Dong-gun, they insist, "We need to know Roa to find the perfect home," and bombard him with questions. When asked if Roa has a boyfriend, Lee Dong-gun's expression turns serious. He shares that if Roa ever has a boyfriend, there's a piece of advice he must give her, piquing viewers' curiosity about what that advice might be.

The real estate adventure featuring Lee Dong-gun, Choi Jin-hyuk, Kim Jong-kook, and Kim Hee-chul will air on 'My Little Old Boy' this Sunday at 9 PM.
