Actress Kim Si-a is set to attend the 26th Jeonju International Film Festival with her film 'Summer's Camera.'

Kim Si-a shone as the lead in 'Summer's Camera' and made an appearance at the 39th BFI Flare Film Festival in London this past March. She has now been officially invited to the Korean Competition section of the Jeonju International Film Festival, where she will attend the opening ceremony and participate in two Q&A sessions with the audience.

'Summer's Camera' tells the story of Summer (played by Kim Si-a), who picks up her late father Ji-hoon's camera to capture her first love, Yeon-woo, only to stumble upon memories from her father's high school days, leading to a whirlwind of emotions. Kim Si-a portrays Summer, capturing the innocence of a high schooler in love and the complex emotions of a daughter discovering her father's past, promising a deep and engaging performance.

Kim Si-a made her debut in the 2018 film 'Miss Baek,' overcoming odds of 600 to 1. She played Ji-eun, the neighbor girl of Han Ji-min, delivering a performance so impressive that it was hard to believe it was her debut. Her talent earned her the title of 'genius child actress' and accolades such as the Best Child Actor at the 29th Golden Cinematography Awards and Best Actress at the 3rd Sharm El Sheikh Asian Film Festival. She continued to showcase her skills in films like 'Kill Boksoon,' and the Netflix series 'Sweet Home.' Her upcoming projects include 'Resurrection Man' and 'B-Gwang' (both literal titles).

The 26th Jeonju International Film Festival, featuring Kim Si-a and 'Summer's Camera,' will take place from April 30 to May 9 across various locations in Jeonju, including the Jeonju Film Street.
