Lee Chan-won, a singer from Ulsan, has donated 100 million won to support relief efforts for the wildfire damage in the Gyeongsang region.

The Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced on the 25th, "Singer Lee Chan-won has contributed 100 million won to aid the wildfire victims in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam areas."

It is reported that Lee Chan-won decided to make the donation after learning about the wildfire damage through news reports.

His agency stated, "Since the damage occurred in Uljoo, his birthplace, it touched him deeply. He hopes everyone can safely return to their daily lives and enjoy a warm spring."
