
U-KNOW Yunho, a member of the popular group TVXQ!, is currently in discussions to star in the Japanese remake of the film 'The Outlaws.'
On the 25th, a representative from SM Entertainment stated, "U-KNOW Yunho has received an offer to appear in the Japanese version of 'The Outlaws' and is currently considering it."
'The Outlaws' is a franchise film that began with its first installment in 2017 and has released up to four films. The series has been a massive hit, with the second to fourth films each drawing over 10 million viewers, accumulating a total audience of over 40 million.
In Japan, the first film, which originally starred Ma Dong-seok and Yoon Kye-sang, is set to be remade. The remake will be directed by Eiji Uchida. U-KNOW Yunho has been offered a role as one of the main characters.
Meanwhile, U-KNOW Yunho is also anticipating the release of 'Fine,' a new Disney+ project directed by Kang Yoon-sung, who directed the original 'The Outlaws.'
