Ok Taec Yeon successfully wrapped up his solo fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan.
On March 8, Ok Taec Yeon held his 'SweeTY' fan meeting at the YOKOHAMA BUNTAI Hall, where he spent a memorable time with over 4,000 fans.
The fan meeting was packed with sweet events for the fans. Ok Taec Yeon surprised the audience by appearing from the seats while singing 'I LOVE U, U LOVE ME,' handing a bouquet to a fan, marking the start of a delightful date.
Demonstrating his fluent Japanese, Ok Taec Yeon communicated with fans without an interpreter, maintaining a lively atmosphere throughout. He shared behind-the-scenes stories from the blockbuster film 'Le Grand Chef,' which attracted 2.79 million viewers and grossed 4.02 billion yen since its release on December 30. He also raised anticipation by revealing a boxing practice video from the upcoming Japanese Netflix series 'Soulmate.'
The event featured a variety of interactive segments, including a quiz about Ok Taec Yeon called 'Ok-sim-dong-che,' and a cake-making session to commemorate the day's precious memories. Ok Taec Yeon moved fans by making eye contact and engaging in friendly interactions, fostering a warm connection.
Performing songs like 'Party like TY,' 'Champagne,' 'Yaritakunai,' 'Magic,' and 'Jump,' the energy in the venue soared. He also debuted his self-composed song 'So Wonderful,' elevating the excitement to its peak.
Ok Taec Yeon expressed his joy, saying, "I'm thrilled to meet you all in March as spring begins. I prepared a lot for it, hoping today would be filled with sweet moments like the fan meeting title 'sweeTY.' Making eye contact and receiving your warm support felt like a huge gift to me. I hope to see you soon with 'Soulmate,' and I'll continue to work hard to show you my best, thanks to your unwavering support." His heartfelt farewell drew enthusiastic applause from the fans.
Concluding the fan meeting with performances of 'Toc Toc Toc' and 'ARUKITAI,' Ok Taec Yeon is set to return to viewers with the KBS drama 'The First Night With the Duke.'
