
Set to premiere on the 19th, 'Hyper Knife' (written by Kim Sun-hee, directed by Kim Jung-hyun) is Disney+'s first original medical thriller. It tells the intense story of 'Seo-ok,' a once-promising genius doctor, who reunites with her mentor 'Deok-hee,' the person responsible for her downfall.
In the series, Park Eun-bin takes on the role of 'Jung Seo-ok,' a ghost doctor who was brought down by her respected mentor. 'Seo-ok' is a genius doctor obsessed with the brain, willing to do anything for surgery. However, after losing her medical license due to her mentor 'Choi Deok-hee' (played by Seol Kyung-gu), she lives as a ghost doctor.
On the 18th, behind-the-scenes images from Park Eun-bin's 'Hyper Knife' poster shoot were released by her agency.


In her previous work, 'Castaway Diva,' Park Eun-bin charmed audiences with her sunny and lovable character 'Seo Mok-ha.' However, in 'Hyper Knife,' she captivates with intense and fierce eyes, a stark contrast to her previous roles. Her focus and immersion into the character of Jung Seo-ok, especially during surgery scenes, highlight her raw instincts and promise an exciting transformation in her acting.
Park Eun-bin shared, "Seo-ok feels like the most instinctual character I've ever played. I tried to focus on her sometimes uncontrollable instincts," expressing her desire for viewers to understand the complex character. She meticulously portrayed Seo-ok's emotional journey and even contributed ideas for her hairstyle, brain tattoo, and piercings to reflect the character's evolution over six years.

'Hyper Knife' garnered significant attention just with the news of Park Eun-bin's casting. Known for continuously expanding her acting range and challenging herself with new roles, Park Eun-bin's latest venture in 'Hyper Knife' is highly anticipated by audiences.
