Actress Kim Si-a has been officially invited to the BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival.

The film 'Summer's Camera' (directed by Sung Divine) has been invited to the 39th BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, and Kim Si-a, who stars in the film, has confirmed her attendance and will participate in the festival's official events.

'Summer's Camera' tells the story of Summer (played by Kim Si-a), who stopped using her camera after her father's passing. She picks it up again to capture Yeon-woo, whom she falls for at first sight, only to discover her father's high school lover through the lens. The film unfolds from there.

In the film, Kim Si-a takes on the role of Summer, delivering a compelling performance. She portrays the innocence of a high school student experiencing first love and the complex emotions of a daughter who accidentally discovers her father's past lover, bringing depth to the narrative.

Even before its release, 'Summer's Camera' has garnered attention by being invited to prestigious international film festivals. Kim Si-a, known for her versatile acting range, is expected to showcase a new transformation in this film, heightening anticipation.

Kim Si-a made her debut in the film 'Miss Baek,' earning the Best Child Actor award at the 29th Golden Cinematography Awards and the Best Actress award at the 3rd Sharm El Sheikh Asian Film Festival, proving her exceptional acting skills. Her impressive filmography includes 'Ashfall,' 'The Closet,' 'Kill Boksoon,' 'Kingdom: Ashin of the North,' 'See You in My 19th Life,' and the 'Sweet Home' series, drawing attention to her career trajectory.

The 39th BFI Flare, which Kim Si-a will attend, is set to take place in London, UK, from the 19th to the 30th.
