The MCs could not hide their excitement at the news. However, an unusual atmosphere was detected on the morning of the delivery day. Kim Tae-geun questioned, "Are you really going with that name?" expressing his disagreement with the name Yoon Jin-yi had chosen for their second child. Yoon Jin-yi responded, "It would be strange to change it now after calling her that all this time," leading to a tense exchange. As the time for the second child's birth approached, Yoon Jin-yi shared a heartfelt farewell with her first daughter, Jae-yi, before heading to the hospital. Just before her C-section, during the final ultrasound, the doctor mentioned, "The surgery might take longer if the baby is in a breech position." Yoon Jin-yi, realizing the baby had not turned yet, appeared more anxious than she had with her first child. Kim Tae-geun, following closely behind Yoon Jin-yi as she headed to the operating room, eventually broke down in tears outside, surprising everyone.
