[SBS Star] "I'm Okay" Mijoo Subtly Confirms Her Breakup with Song Bum-keun On Air?

Mijoo of disbanded K-pop girl group Lovelyz seemingly confirmed her rumored breakup with goalkeeper Song Bum-keun.

At the opening of the February 1 broadcast of MBC's television show 'Hangout with Yoo', Mijoo appeared alone.

"I'm jealous of the birds. Look how free they are.", Mijoo uttered with a sigh, observing birds go by.

She looked at the cameras and protested, "Can you stop leaving me so alone and lonely?"

"I'm okay.", Mijoo murmured before other cast members arrived to join her.
"Mijoo, it's okay! It's all alright.", model Joo Woo Jae said as he approached Mijoo's side.

"Oh, now I get why we are filming the opening here today.", "She came here earlier than everyone else for a reason.", entertainer Yu Jae Seok and actor Lee Yi Kyung quipped as they saw Mijoo.

Yu Jae Seok noticed that Mijoo had a lot of plushies on the facade of her bag and said, "That's a lot of dolls! Doesn't that seem like too many?"

He added meaningfully, "I guess that's a reflection of your current state of mind, which is all confused."
"We should show her some empathy. You know how empty it feels when the one you've been with is no longer there.", Joo Woo Jae and singer HAHA remarked playfully.

"We won't dig deep since it's your privacy. Plus, there are other things we could be paying attention to.", Yu Jae Seok added to stop the teasing on Mijoo.

However, Yu Jae Seok could not help but tease Mijoo once more while discussing the filming location for the day—Ganghwa Island.

"I guess the production thought about Mijoo's situation when they chose today's filming location.", he said.

"Hanging around with people at a place with beautiful scenery would be the best for you, given the situation you're in.", the entertainer hilariously consoled Mijoo, making everyone chuckle.
The conversation between the 'Hangout with Yoo' cast seemed to indirectly address Mijoo's breakup with Song Bum-keun, as their relationship has been mentioned on the show several times.

Mijoo and Song Bum-keun went public with their relationship in April last year.

However, breakup rumors surfaced this January, to which management agency Antenna representing Mijoo responded, "We cannot confirm the matters regarding the artist's private life."

Although her agency did not confirm or deny the rumors, many speculate that Mijoo and Song Bum-keun broke up based on their Instagram feeds, which no longer have their 'lovestagram' (posting pictures hinting at a romantic relationship) posts.
