[SBS Star] Song Hye Kyo Reveals Song Seungheon's Hilarious Obsession with Their 20-Years-Ago TV Series

Actress Song Hye Kyo shared a funny story about actor Song Seungheon, with whom she co-starred in a television series many years ago.

On January 8, Song Hye Kyo guested on tvN's talk show 'You Quiz on the Block' and talked with the hosts, entertainers Yu Jae Seok and Cho Sae-ho.

Song Hye Kyo shared on the show how nervous she was about appearing on a talk show for the first time in 23 years.

"It's been so long since I last appeared on a show like this that I was worried whether I could speak well or be entertaining enough. If I'm going to be on a TV show, I want to be funny.", Song Hye Kyo remarked and laughed.

The actress shared that her close friends find her to be a humorous person.

"People around me often say that everyone has to know how funny I am.", Song Hye Kyo said.

She added, "I'm not especially trying to be funny, though. I offer my honest opinion and make remarks, and my friends seem to find that funny."
"Many of your acquaintances have previously appeared here on 'You Quiz on the Block'. Have you watched any of their episodes?", Yu Jae Seok asked Song Hye Kyo.

"I watched the one where Im Ji Yeon guested; I've also seen Lee Do Hyun's and Jung Sung-il's. We worked together on Netflix's series 'The Glory'. And recently, I watched the one where Song Seungheon guested.", the actress replied.

"Seungheon's episode was hilarious, but I can't believe he is still mentioning 'Autumn in My Heart'!", Song Hye Kyo said with a chuckle, talking about the television series she co-starred with Song Seungheon about two decades ago.

"Whenever I hear about Seungheon appearing on TV shows, I'm like, oh, no. The 'Autumn in My Heart' scene would be on TV again.", she playfully said.
KBS' television series 'Autumn in My Heart', aired in 2000, tells a beautiful but tragic love story between 'Yoon Eun-suh' (Song Hye Kyo) and 'Yoon Joon-suh' (Song Seungheon).

The series was a big hit, with its peak viewership rates surpassing 40%.

Song Hye Kyo revealed that Song Seungheon still calls her by the name of her 'Autumn in My Heart' character to this day.

"Whenever we see each other privately, he waits until I arrive to put the drama's soundtrack on. He then tells me, 'Eun-suh, you arrived.'."

"Then I'm like, 'Enough with that already.'.", Song Hye Kyo added, leaving the hosts laughing hard.
