[SBS Star] Song Joong Ki Shares the Cute Nicknames He & Katy Louise Saunders Have for Each Other

Actor Song Joong Ki shared the cute nicknames he and his wife, former British actress Katy Louise Saunders, have for one another. 

On January 5 episode of JTBC's television show "Chef & My Fridge Since 2014" featured guests Song Joong Ki and actor Lee Hee Jun. 

On this day, Song Joong Ki shared, "I used to be a member of 'Running Man,' and I think this is my first entertainment show appearance since then," revealing that it had been 10 years since his last appearance on an entertainment television show.
Song Joong Ki then mentioned that he wanted to meet Chef Kwon Sung-jun, the chef from Netflix's show "Culinary Class Wars."

"I wanted to meet everyone here, but if I had to choose just one person, it would be Chef Kwon Sung-jun," the actor said.

"My wife has lived in Italy her whole life, and since we spend half of the year there, I'm really into Italian food," he confessed.

He continued, "And Chef Kwon Sung-jun won on 'Culinary Class Wars.' I still remember his wok-cooked risotto. I'm too nervous to watch him make my food today," expressing his admiration for Chef Kwon Sung-jun.
Later, as the hosts were checking Lee Hee Jun's refrigerator, they noticed a marriage vow posted on the door.

When they asked Lee Hee Jun about his wife's nickname, he replied, "I call her 'yeobongbong' (a cute variation of 'yeobo,' which means 'honey')."

Song Joong Ki also shared that he has a nickname for his wife, saying, "I call her 'yeobo.' She actually calls me 'yeobo' as well." 

He went on with a shy smile, "My wife chose our nicknames. She heard the pronunciation of 'yeobo' in Korean and thought it sounded so beautiful, so we decided to call each other that," revealing a sweet aspect of their married life.
