On the evening of December 19, Son Ye-jin showed up at the VIP premiere of the movie 'Harbin', which took place at CGV Yongsan I Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Son Ye-jin was there to support the film's lead actor, Hyun Bin, her loving husband.
Her appearance at the event drew attention as it was the first time the actress attended the premiere of her husband's film.
"I don't know why I'm feeling so nervous when I'm not even in the movie.", Son Ye-jin said as she was handed a mic following a photo opportunity.
Son Ye-jin added, "Good luck, Honey!", and laughed, garnering enthusiastic reactions from the crowd at the event.

Son Ye-jin continued, "My husband worked so hard on this movie. Watching him by his side, I felt bad for him. His face became increasingly worn out, and his eyes showed how agonized he was about his role."
"I felt sorry for him as a fellow actor who knows how painful that agony is. However, knowing how much thought and effort he put into it, I'm sure the movie will be great.", the actress remarked.

"'Harbin' was an emotionally draining project. My wife must have been lonely while I was in the filming.", the actor remarked.
"My wife and I knew from the start that this project would not be easy. There was something she told me when the filming ended: 'You did a great job. Well done.'. Those words came to me as a big support. She was so nice to say that, especially when things must have been tough for her while I was filming."
