[SBS Star] Lee Hyo-ri Shares that She Is Happiest When She Is with Lee Sang Soon

K-pop artist Lee Hyo-ri shared that she is happiest when she is with her 10-year husband singer Lee Sang Soon. 

On November 27, fashion magazine ELLE KOREA uploaded a video of Lee Hyo-ri, where she briefly answered questions about herself. 

To the question asking her where she sees herself in 10 years, Lee Hyo-ri said, "To be honest, I don't know. I mean, I never imagined myself to be this active in the industry when I decided to live on Jeju Island. But look at me, I'm constantly coming to Seoul for work, aren't I?" 

She resumed, "So yeah, I don't know how things are going to turn out in 10 years. I might suddenly move to another city, I might say, 'I want to expand my career to Hollywood.' and go to L.A., I may pack up and hit the Himalayas to do yoga there or something. I wouldn't know!"
Speaking of her work, the production team wondered if she would ever collaborate with girl groups. 

Lee Hyo-ri replied, "I don't think I ever will. I do enjoy watching performances by girl groups. Watching their performances makes me happy. But I'm just so sure that people will compare me with them―young beautiful girls, so no. I don't want to be compared." 

She continued, "I'd rather collaborate with boy groups, actually," playfully adding, "That would fulfill my personal desire to work with young men!" 

She said further, "With them, I would also be able to give new kinds of music a try, so that would be cool. I'm not very familiar with boy groups these days though. The latest generation boy groups I know are BIGBANG and 2PM. Oh, but I have heard of BTS. I should probably start learning about boy groups," then chuckled. 
Lee Hyo-ri turned serious for the next question, which was, "When are you happiest?" 

"I'm happiest when I'm not doing anything; just lying on the couch with my husband, watching 'I Am Solo'. Or walking in the woods with my dogs. Moments like that bring me great happiness." 

"When everything is too exciting, I feel like I don't have the time to feel the happiness. I'm usually able to really get a sense of happiness when things are more relaxed." 
 
Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang Soon married each other back in September 2013; they currently reside on Jeju Island.
