[SBS Star] "We Always Thought We'd Be Busy, but..." Red Velvet Tells How Precious Their Busy Days in the Past Are
The members of K-pop girl group Red Velvet shared how precious they consider their hectic days in the past are.

On October 7 episode of wavve's reality series 'Level Up Projects Season 5', the members of the group were seen traveling to Jeju Island together.

While having some Korean barbecue and drinks at a restaurant, the five girls―IRENE, SEULGI, WENDY, JOY and YERI reminisced the past when they filmed the first season of 'Level Up Projects'.

JOY started off the conversation by saying, "Remember we went to shoot 'Level Up Projects' in Namhae right after we wrapped up promotions for 'Red Flavor', and filmed a music video for 'Peekaboo'?"

She continued, "We had a really hectic schedule at that time, and I thought we would be busy like that all the time. That wasn't the case though. At one point, we stopped being that busy. After that day, I came to appreciate all the things I did as part of my official schedule."

WENDY stated, "We released like three albums in a year, including our Japanese album. I really thought our lives would go on like that. We would hold our concert between that as well."

SEULGI commented, "I think that's why a year always zipped past for us. The time went so fast. We were able to grow this much through lots of experiences in our lives."

YERI said, "Yeah. Looking back, I was scared of a lot of things back then."

WENDY also said, "I've become much easygoing too. Before, I used to try hard to do or say something when I was with you guys. But now, I don't push myself like that. I feel much more comfortable with you guys. It's been about a year since I've changed, and I like the new version of me."

SEULGI responded, "It's after you've started hosting a radio show. You've become more relaxed following that.", which WENDY nodded to in agreement.

Red Velvet entered the K-pop industry as a 4-member group in August 2014; YERI joined the group in March 2015.
