[SBS Star] One Producer Praises ASTRO Cha Eun-woo's Work Attitude & Personality to the Skies

One producer lavished praise on Cha Eun-woo of K-pop boy group ASTRO after working with him. 

On September 9, one producer shared a story of the time when she worked with Cha Eun-woo for '2022 Seoul Festa' in August online. 

The producer said, "I'd 'seen' Cha Eun-woo when I was part of 'Happy Together' team some years ago, but I had never worked with him. 'Seoul Festa' was the very first time I got to meet him properly and actually work with him. I wasn't too worried about him hosting the festival, because I knew his hosting skills were good. I was only slightly nervous about working alongside someone I had never worked with." 

She continued, "When I met him, he said hi to me with a bright smile. Even though I heard that Cha Eun-woo had a super busy schedule, he didn't seem tired with life at all. This impressed me a little, because it's not easy to say hi to someone so brightly when you're just too tired. But he surprised me even more when we were going through the script together." 

"Due to heavy rain, our broadcast had been switched to another day; it was initially scheduled to air live. I wasn't sure if he was informed about this, so I let him know. As soon as he heard it, he was like, 'Really? Oh, no. My mom said she wanted to watch me host today that she was going to sit down and watch television for this today. I should tell her that it's been changed.' I'm sure that he's attended over 100 festivals like this, but I could sense excitement from him, not boredom.", she added. 
Then, the producer revealed what Cha Eun-woo was like once the shooting began, "Cha Eun-woo focused hard, and didn't stop to check his tone of voice or improvised words with me. If I were to exaggerated a bit, then I thought someone was filming him even during breaks. He also made zero mistakes, and did not lose his smile throughout the shooting." 

She resumed, "In the second half of the shooting, it was raining so much. I worried that his hair and make-up would get messed up in the rain, so I told him, 'How about using an umbrella until I give you a sign when the camera starts rolling?' In response to my suggestion, Cha Eun-woo chuckled and commented, 'No, we don't have to do that at all. It's okay! I'll just keep going without using an umbrella!'"

She went on, "As we wrapped the shooting up, Cha Eun-woo came up to me and said, 'Producer! Thank you for your great work today!' He smiled the same way as the way he smiled to me when we met earlier that day. Later on, I thought to myself, 'Cha Eun-woo has a hectic life with little rest. Despite that, he still works hard, remains polite and finds fun in what he does. What am I to complain?' He made me realize that I should just accept my reality and live more positively."
