K-pop boy group BTS has become the first K-pop act to receive the Top Duo/Group award at '2019 Billboard Music Awards'.
BTS first expressed gratitude to its fan club, ARMY.

BTS was nominated in the category for the first time, alongside Imagine Dragons, Maroon 5, Panic! At the Disco, and Dan + Shay.
BTS also secured its Top Social Artist award for three consecutive years.
This unprecedented result was also the first time for a K-pop act to win two awards at one 'Billboard Music Awards'.
For today's awards ceremony, BTS performed its latest title track 'Boy With Luv' with American singer Halsey.
