[SBS Star] Ji Suk-jin Talks About BTS JIN's Great Personality

Korean entertainer Ji Suk-jin thanked K-pop boy group BTS' member JIN for texting him in spite of being busy. 

On April 17 episode of MBC FM4U's radio show 'The Date with Ji Suk-jin at 2PM' (literal translation), Ji Suk-jin talked about BTS.

During the show, Ji Suk-jin said, "BTS' new album is doing so well right now. Its Billboard and YouTube records are just... Wow! I'm proud that BTS members are from Korea. They are making every Korean proud." Then, Ji Suk-jin mentioned JIN, "Actually, JIN texted me the other day. It was not too long ago. He said he thought of me as he saw a photo of me on the wall of one restaurant that he went to."

Ji Suk-jin continued, "JIN is the kind of person who will always try his best to maintain a close relationship with his friends. I was afraid to text him first, because I thought I'll bother him. You know, he is really busy these days. But I feel grateful to him for texting me before I did." Ji Suk-jin wrapped up the topic by saying, "BTS consists of such amazing singers. All the members have incredible personalities as well. I hope BTS will become more successful and let more people around this world know about Korea."

Ji Suk-jin first met JIN when he guested on SBS' television show 'Running Man' in 2016.
